International School
In its effort to attract long-term foreign experts, FOC has recognized the need to provide for the educational needs of the children of foreign experts. Since the year 2000, FOC cooperated with Jian Hua Foundation, Ltd. in operating the Xining International Academy.
FOC has recruited three teachers for this school during 2003. Another teacher was recruited for the Xi’an International School. Assisting foreign experts, teachers, students and development workers in this way will allow them to focus more of their energy and talents towards the development of China. Indeed, without this type of assistance, many would not be able to come to China at all.
